If you complete the Business Legal Health Check, we collect the name, email address, phone number and type of business you enter, along with your answers to the questions you were asked.

If you use the chat assistant, your messages are processed to generate a reply. We do not ask for personal details in chat, and you should not enter sensitive information there.

We also collect basic, anonymous traffic statistics - which pages were visited and roughly where visitors came from. This does not identify you personally.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our traffic statistics are collected without cookies. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie on the private dashboard Miguel uses to manage his own leads, and it is required for that page to work.

To generate and email you the report you asked for, and so that Miguel can follow up with you personally about your results. That is the whole purpose.

We also use service providers to run the site: a database host to store the information, an AI provider to generate your report and power the chat assistant, an email provider to deliver messages, and a hosting provider. They process this information only to provide those services.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your exposure report is generated automatically by an AI system based on the answers you gave. It is general information, not legal advice, and no lawyer reviews it before it reaches you. See our disclaimer for more.

We keep your information for as long as it is useful for following up with you, unless you ask us to remove it.

Email Miguel and ask, and your record will be deleted. You can also reply to any email you receive from this site and ask to be removed from follow-ups.
