I've spent more than two decades working in technology while building businesses, developing leaders, raising a family, and learning firsthand that working hard doesn't automatically build something that lasts.
I'm a husband, a father of three daughters, an entrepreneur, a business leader, and an AI creative manager. And one thing has become very clear to me: people don't need more hype. They need better relationships, better information, better systems, and people willing to work together toward something bigger.
